Victor Hugo Ruiz tiene una larga trayectoria en la musica grupera. El, junto con su grupo Zaaz son originarios de Nuevo Laredo, Tamps y han puesto a bailar a la raza de por aca por mucho tiempo. Esta producion, hecha por el fue grabada cuando estaba muy fuerte su rivalidad con Federico Esteban. Mucho se han dicho los dos grupos, El Pegasso y El Zaaz entre ellos mismos, "bola copion".
